The vehicle was washed and ready for my test drive. Edwin went over each feature very carefully making sure I understood and answering all my questions. Lloyd, the finance officer, was also very professional, personable, and polite. He explained everything very carefully and made sure I had copies of all my paperwork. Yes, I did buy the extra warranty for 6 years, even though, I have great faith in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. This car was a surprise for our teenage daughter.
