It’s hard to come across such an amazing salesman. We also worked with Val and I am glad that she was also very understanding and fixed her mistakes when I pointed it out. My parents had several questions and I’m glad she was kind enough to clarify things. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and hopefully they get the same experience regardless of who they get to work with because in all honesty, if your salesman is not making you feel good throughout the whole process upuntil you do buy the car or not, it all depends on their attitude. In most cases in the past, other dealerships and salesmen had the worst attitude ever once you hesitated on buying, this resulted in us leaving. Lo’s attitude was always positive even when we showed hesitation. Thank you for such an amazing experience here. More
