I have been a Volvo customer for 22 years and am always amazed at how superior the service and the sales people have been. Billy was just perfect in selecting used cars for me to try out and followed throu amazed at how superior the service and the sales people have been. Billy was just perfect in selecting used cars for me to try out and followed through the purchase process without flaw. Jordan has been my service advisor for over 10 years. He’s like family to me in the way that he takes care of me in my car. I have followed Crest Volvo Frisco. It’s time in Richardson to Frisco, back to Richardson and back to Frisco.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently sent my daughter to Billy to purchase a used Volvo sedan for her 16 year-old new driver. They are as pleased as I am. Another generation of Volvo drivers. More
