Way too expensive, yet again!
Lithia Ford of Boise is always finding something else that needs an extensive repair. Granted, the vehicle is getting old, but $15,000.00 in repair
Lithia Ford of Boise is always finding something else that needs an extensive repair. Granted, the vehicle is getting old, but $15,000.00 in repairs in the last 4 years on a 1 ton diesel with less than 68,000 miles is astounding to me and makes me really question if buying that new Ford years ago was worth it, or is it a dealer trying to take advantage of people. All those repairs and yet after being replaced just 4 years ago, the ficm controller went out and cost me a $700.00 tow bill and $1,100.00 in repairs. It was a good thing I wasn’t in the middle of nowhere like I was the day before!! Thanks for Teddy for trying to do the right thing and giving me fleet costs over what they were going to charge me, but I still feel that the charges were over top. In addition, a simple lube, oil, filter job the last two visits, they didn’t even put a reminder sticker in the windshield, that I feel is just a lack of caring or pride in work.
