I recently brought my vehicle into the service department at Biggers Mazda and had an excellent experience. The service was incredibly quick, and their communication throughout the entire process was top-not at Biggers Mazda and had an excellent experience. The service was incredibly quick, and their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. I really appreciated their use of text messages for status updates—it made it so easy to know exactly what was going on with my car without having to play phone tag. A huge shoutout to Logan, who was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend the service team here! I will definitely be back. More

My first service on my 2026 CX90 was a great experience. The ease of using the Mazda app and scheduling the appointment was great. I was greeted when I walked in and explained next steps. New tires for 2016 CX9 GT. Logan ordered tires and had them ready at dealership. Was greeted by Tina and was given estimate and offered me a loaner if I would like one. I declined and had a pleasant experience waiting for work to be performed. Dealership has a wonderful waiting area for those whose waiting for service. Great coffee and clean restroom. Nothing but the best service at Biggers Mazda. More
