***UPDATE*** I got my Bronco back from the shop last week and for the most part everything has been working properly. I did notice yesterday it's not driving the same just out of the blue, but I'm not s week and for the most part everything has been working properly. I did notice yesterday it's not driving the same just out of the blue, but I'm not sure if I'll go through Port Richey Ford for service or another dealer due to my experiences. On another note, I found out what ballooned the cost of the Bronco which was the top warranty added which was never discussed with my wife or myself. We had no idea and for that I can't raise the review much higher. We just bought another Bronco Sport for the wife and opted to not bother looking at Port Richey Ford. Missed opportunity for your dealership. First experience with Port Richey Ford and probably my last. Came in with my eye on a new Bronco but was advised there was a stop sale on all 25/26 models. Worked with Hayden to test drive a 2024 Bronco Big Bend with the Sasquatch package. Was pleasantly surprised at the power the I4 engine produced so I decided to look into a deal. Vehicle was listed at 44K and ballooned up to 62K which is highway robbery. I'm not sure what fluff was added to this purchase but I can't in good faith give a good review with how badly I came out of that deal. On top of the nearly 20k markup there's other issues. We noticed the passenger rear window was going over the seal leaving a decent gap. When they sold the Bronco they only gave me one key. Was told someone took the other key home for some reason but they would get it to me at some point. Was told the very next day the sales rep shouldn't have sold the truck due to an open ticket to replace the hard top and they needed it back that day to replace. I went out of my way to pickup my son and head home from Largo to New Port Richey so they could come pickup the Bronco from me. After talking with the shop tech he advised he was the one that had the other key. I said great can you make sure to bring that key when you pickup the Bronco so I don't need to give up my only other key. They arrived with a loaner vehicle with you guessed it no key for my Bronco. Gave the guy my other key and off he went. Next day comes and was advised they can replace the hard top but can't do the front window tint due to their tint guy calling out sick. Ok no problem keep the truck another day so you can knock out the tint. Now we're onto the third day of them having my Bronco. Tint is completed and they finally drop off the truck. I get home and inspect the truck. The seals look cracked already near the windows after being only a 2 year model. I checked the tint that was just done and I already see bubbles on both the driver and passenger windows. Now I've got to go back to the dealer to have them retint those windows. They did fix the issue with the rear passenger window which is one plus out of this. So far this experience has been terrible and I can't recommend Port Richey Ford. More
