The day I was leaving for Christmas I got a nail in my tire. It was loosing air and I was too far to get to Crown Acura so I went to a random place to get it replaced. As soon I drove off, I knew someth tire. It was loosing air and I was too far to get to Crown Acura so I went to a random place to get it replaced. As soon I drove off, I knew something was off. I went back to to the shop and they were telling me its my wheel bearings and it was going to cost ridiculous. Immediately I went to Crown Acura, 1 hour before closing and Logan Lane and the tech Greg quickly assessed and let me know that the other shop put a used tire that was cupped. In 30 mins, I was up and running and ready to go home for Christmas. I could not thank Logan, Greg and Crown Acura enough for fixing my tire so quickly. More

If you are in the market for an Acura, Crown Acura is the place to go! We started our car searching journey over 6 months ago. We started by test driving an RDX with Dustin Mullen at Crown Acura! He was very place to go! We started our car searching journey over 6 months ago. We started by test driving an RDX with Dustin Mullen at Crown Acura! He was very knowledgeable about the car, understood we wanted to try other makes and models before making up our mind and encouraged us to reach out to him if we had any questions. Dustin followed up with us over the next few days to see if we had any questions, which was nice. Fast forward 6 months and after multiple test drives on many types of vehicles we ended back up at Crown Acura. We were ready to purchase and we chose the new 2022 Acura RDX! Dustin was very helpful and worked with Sophie Morris, the Sales Manger to secure us the exact car we wanted. Dustin helped us order accessories that we wanted for our new Acura so they could be installed on the day we made the purchase. The day the car arrived we received a call from Berto Berrios. Dustin was on vacation so he was going to help finalize the sale of our RDX. Berto greeted us as we arrived at Crown Acura by opening the door with a friendly hello greeting and called us by name! Berto was all set and ready to go with everything that was needed to complete the sale. He was very informative about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Berto passed us off to Jay Rudio, Crown Acura's finance manger, who was very friendly and helpful in the financing of our vehicle. Jay went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best rate and got us all set up with a great maintenance package! After finishing with Jay, Berto finished up and ensured that our RDX was all set up for us. A few weeks later (today) we went back to have splash guards installed. Logan Lane was my Service Consultant. He was courteous and professional from the time he called me to set up the appointment until the time he got me out the door on time for my next appointment! While Logan was in the back, personally helping to dry my car to make sure I was out by my requested time, Julian Bitar kept me informed and ensured me that the team was on top of my services. The entire staff is so friendly , I always feel like I am the only customer and they really care about providing the best, most friendly service possible! We love our new Acura and the experience making the purchase could not have gone any smoother or have been any better. There are other employees who prepared our RDX and installed our accessories that I do not know the name of. We appreciate you as well, getting into a call after it has been prepared just for you is the best feeling ever! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. We will definitely be back to purchase with you in the future! More
