I also want to thank the gentleman that was there first thing in the morning to check me in. There was a little bit of communication confusion when I originally decided to bring my car in after speaking to a lady (I am certain I misunderstood) . He was amazing and made sure my message got to Logan and I was taken care of. I am unsure of his name and I am sorry about that. While online, I found a 2009 BMW Z4 advertised. When I went in to look at the car, I was met by Berto Berrios. He was very professional. Sales manager, Sophie Morris was also very professional and helpful. She allowed me to take the car to my mechanic, who verified the car was in good condition to be 13 years old. Considering the market for cars during these unusual times, I feel I got a fair deal. They agreed at the time of purchase to take care of a small paint and body work issue. Logan in service, communicated with me, set me up with a loaner for 3 days while the work was done. If you are in the market and find yourself at Clearwater Acura, they are very professional. More
