I can not believe the 5 STAR Service I received! They let me know the moment I pulled onto the drive they were going to give me excellent service and they did not disappoint! I received a video inspection of my vehicle and the technician was so informative, showed the measurements and even complimented how well I take care of my car! I am very frustrated because I came in for an oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30 and told them I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 12:00. I was told and it took 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30 and told them I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 12:00. I was told that it would be done before 12:00. I got my car at noon . I try to go to the dealership to get my service done but with this experience I might consider going somewhere else. I probably won’t but I’m considering it More

Visited Rohrman Toyota on 1/27/23 for service and was in and out in less than a hour. Logan was great! He got my oil changed, tires rotated and a new battery in less than one hour!
