I took my 4Runner in to get something fixed back in November of 2022 Then December my third rip in, I dropped it off and they had it for a week and still didn’t fix the issue I originally took it in fo November of 2022 Then December my third rip in, I dropped it off and they had it for a week and still didn’t fix the issue I originally took it in for. This is now a month after I first contacted them about my issue and I was told they were going to do some research and and get back to me in the next 2 weeks. No one has ever contacted me since, but than I did get a questionnaire about my service on January 27th, I did NOT have anything done. I have not and will not return to Bob Rohrman for any service again. The service manager told me she is always there anytime, but never takes my calls nor returns them, she has someone else do it. Most of the service writers were great, but with a service manager that doesn’t backup her word and take care of the customer will allow her attitude to bleed into the others and take everyone down. She needs to “lead by example” and not “do as I say not as I do” attitude. I had said something to the financial department and one of the sales guys, but I guess it was a waste of time. This is not the first time I have said anything nor will it be my last, the surrounding dealerships are aware as well from Lafayette dealerships said something to me, so they had already been told as well as Muncie, Kokomo, Noblesville, Fort Wayne to Ann Arbor Michigan. If I am there you can guarantee I will say something. Poor Service 👎🏻 More

They took away the good coffee machine once Bob died. They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. They try to charge $60 to change a $1 light bulb and have tried telling me I need to change my r They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. They try to charge $60 to change a $1 light bulb and have tried telling me I need to change my rear windshield wiper even though I had them replace it a week earlier! Very shady business practices. I wish there was a different Toyota service in town. More

I went in w a dead battery. Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect my battery to a volt meter. Can't help but think this was actually charge f the jump. At least I didn't get charged for the check up, where they found $$$$xk of bulbs filters etc. I declined. They didn't mention that I would b charged f using a credit card. Sure glad I didn't get all the work done. I want a new car, but I won't get a Toyota or Kia so I can be sure to never have to deal w rhormans again and I relayed this view to the corporate office.
