Had my car for two days with no call updates, called and left voicemails with no reply on when my car would be done. Car didn’t move overnight and was left unlocked. My radio speakers were not working at all the next morning after service,when i turned my vehicle on. I tried to switch off and on ,but it didnt work , I could see that the radio / player was working morning after service,when i turned my vehicle on. I tried to switch off and on ,but it didnt work , I could see that the radio / player was working but the sound is not coming from speakers. Finally I thought of taking it to the dealer next day, but surprisingly the speakers started working after a couple of hours when i took the vehicle again for another drive. I still doubt if there is any loose connection happened after the service and i am still monitoring the same. Also, It would have been nice if we could get a complimentary wash/cleaning of the vehicle after service. Most brands follow the same. More

Delayed responses. Lack of professionalism. Hard to get ahold of. Can’t diagnose effectively. Booked in advance an appointment as my check engine light was on. After 5 Lack of professionalism. Hard to get ahold of. Can’t diagnose effectively. Booked in advance an appointment as my check engine light was on. After 5 days with no calls, many messages and no updates, I finally got a service person who apologized bc the technician “didn’t see it.” I reiterated that’s the whole reason I went in. Car was there for 5 days before I even got a firm diagnosis. All in all this took almost 2 weeks to fix for a job that could’ve been done in 2 hour. More
