The salesmen, managers and finance guy were all pleasant, friendly, and honest. However, the sales process takes SIGNIFICANTLY too long.. from entering the door to leaving we were at Lokey for 7 hours. The sales people keep trying to keep us happy and apologized but offered no incentives to stay (I.e some merch, food other than popcorn, etc.) When we purchased my husbands car 2 years ago it took 9 hours and when I purchased my car 3.5 years ago it took one day of three hours and the following day of 5+ hours waiting to sign papers. The wait time is so frustrating and ridiculous. My mother bought a car fromthe Hyuandai across the street twice and her process never took longer than 3 hours, my mother in law purchases from Honda down the street and her process took 2 hours - I have no idea why Lokey and VW takes so painfully long!! More
