All star team Prompt turnaround in scheduling and rescheduling via the phone. Very thorough and helpful team in the service department. Brian's customer service was superior to other advisors I have worked with at other dealerships. He explained the issues with the car and what the plan was on addressing them. He answered all my questions before I even asked them. Overall a great experience. More

Long wait but overall satisifed I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was told that it would be an hour and a half wait. The man who was helping me told me that if I were t I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was told that it would be an hour and a half wait. The man who was helping me told me that if I were to go to express service it would take half the time. I’m not sure why we just didn’t have my car go there but I guess it was too late. They are a little pushy in getting you to get extra things done but what car dealership doesn’t do that? Overall it was a good experience. More

Great dealership if you have 8 hours to kill First and foremost let me say the employees of this dealership are phenomenal and truly work the best deal possible - this is why we have recently ret First and foremost let me say the employees of this dealership are phenomenal and truly work the best deal possible - this is why we have recently returned to purchase our 5th VW From this dealership. The salesmen, managers and finance guy were all pleasant, friendly, and honest. However, the sales process takes SIGNIFICANTLY too long.. from entering the door to leaving we were at Lokey for 7 hours. The sales people keep trying to keep us happy and apologized but offered no incentives to stay (I.e some merch, food other than popcorn, etc.) When we purchased my husbands car 2 years ago it took 9 hours and when I purchased my car 3.5 years ago it took one day of three hours and the following day of 5+ hours waiting to sign papers. The wait time is so frustrating and ridiculous. My mother bought a car fromthe Hyuandai across the street twice and her process never took longer than 3 hours, my mother in law purchases from Honda down the street and her process took 2 hours - I have no idea why Lokey and VW takes so painfully long!! More
