I texted my lifelong sales rep, Richard Thompson, to inquire if a used car was still available. Richard was recovering from recent heart surgery, but texted me back immediately letting me know he was out while recovering and gave the name of Lollie Reiss. I reached out to Lollie and scheduled a visit the next morning to test drive the vehicle I inquired about. Lollie was just as easy to deal with as my buddy Richard always is - no pressure type of sales people. After making an offer, we finally agreed to a price, I met Jeani in the Finance office and was in/out within 20 minutes. Holly, the Delivery Specialist, was also fantastic in showing us the features of the vehicle. Highly recommend Honda World to anyone. More

From the front desk greeter who went to get me a model to review because there was not an immediate salesperson to assist me, to the salesperson (Lollie Reiss) who did not rush or pressure me, was personal and worked to get me a deal I could afford. The model expert who preset my car's features to my desired settings and took me through all of the features and then to the credit manager who was personable and helpful, EVERYONE made me feel welcome and appreciated. Can't imagine a better end to end experience and was happy with my deal. More
