What an enjoyable and memoriable experience I knew what I wanted but needed verification. I had never driven a CR-v before but thought it was what I wanted. Sent an inquiry to Honda World base I knew what I wanted but needed verification. I had never driven a CR-v before but thought it was what I wanted. Sent an inquiry to Honda World based upon ease of use web site and dealer rating. Was connected with Lollie with whom I met and the good experience began. We test drove a cr-v, she guided me to a line of cars to see colors on real vehicles, talked about her family, experience in sales and time with Honda World and its predecessor. Once deal was consummated all continued to go very well. She kept in touch as we waited for car to be built and delivered. We made arrangements for picking it up and I advised I was bring granddaughters as the truck I was trading in belonged to my recently deceased wife and the girls needed some help "giving up " their favorite grandmother's truck. Lollie was a delight with the children and the girls loved her and extracted assurance from Lollie that she was going to take good care of Gamma's truck. We then moved to the garage area where the new car was and while I tended to the finance paperwork- which actually went very fast - Lollie entertained three girls ages 9, 6, and 4. We took pictures of both old and new vehicles and all had a wonderful experience. I have never ordered a car before and this was a big deal emotionally trading in a vehicle which belonged to my wife. Not only did I get a great new car at a good price and lease, but the value of the service was outstanding For a large dealership it really felt comfortable and non threatening but simply service oriented. I would highly recommend it. More

I am not a "tech" person, so I appreciated her patience. We also had good experience with both our sales people, Lewis Ray and Lollie Reiss. I REALLY don't like to be pressured, especially when I have told someone I need time to think about my car choice, and have walked out of other dealerships in the area knowing I would never buy from them because they were pressuring us. But Lewis and Lollie were both extremely respectful of our wishes, as was the manager. This is one of the reasons we purchased from Honda World, along with a great deal on a new Fit, which seems to "fit" our current needs perfectly. More

It has been quite awhile since we have purchased a new car and were apprehensive about the process. Lollie Reiss changed all that in a moment. We were welcomed but most of all she intently listened to our concerns and budget limits. she clearly listed each of the cost items up front so there was no confusion on the deal we were wanting to make. We did not experience the expected back and forth discussions that would usually at other car dealerships but she demonstrated to us that she respected our time. The overall experience was beyond excellent. We expected a great deal and received an extremely exceptional deal on our new car. I will be recommending Lollie to all my family and friends!
