So much trouble getting an issue fixed. You pay for service upfront, yet they never schedule you for service. When you come in, you keep returning for same issue. Complicated leasing offer lacks transparency and written confirmation of verbal financing promises. Trade-in on my 2022 Ioniq 5 was outright stealing, they only paid $27K for what KBB tradein value was $37, confirmation of verbal financing promises. Trade-in on my 2022 Ioniq 5 was outright stealing, they only paid $27K for what KBB tradein value was $37,000. Because of this and other dishonest dealings....and the fact they would not return phone/text calls, as well as not provide written letter/form of addendum to the lease that mysteriously was not written. I've asked for it multiple times and promised it would be sent along with $4k check. Luis had stated he would give me an unbelievable $18/month payment (3 years) even tho leasing document says $129.25. I have asked repeatedly -- in person and via phone --that I want the lease cancelled and my Ioniq 5 (km8kn4ae0nu116242) returned to me. I do not want this Ioniq 6 (kmhm34ac4pa043345). I can't believe GM Mike Novin would approve the faulty agreement Luis and Jack created. And this was a lease to a woman on Social Security who they chose to ignore the financial facts that prove she does not have the income to pay $129/mo. More
Called about a truck I was interested in, they said it was on the lot so I drove 40 minutes North on I-5 to see vehicle. Salesman calls me back (I'm half way to their store) to inform me someone else was was on the lot so I drove 40 minutes North on I-5 to see vehicle. Salesman calls me back (I'm half way to their store) to inform me someone else was interested in same vehicle, first come first serve...fair enough. I arrive first; I inspect vehicle, test drive vehicle...it's perfect! I sit down, sign disclosers, we begin to negotiate. They evaluate my trade-in and make an offer...it's in the ballpark...perfect! Different sales person comes by and tells me the other customer just arrived to look, good thing I was there first! We are about an inch away from closing deal when salesman comes back and says, sorry, car sold. CAR SOLD!?! xxx do you mean? They sold it to the guy who had JUST came in...so much for "first come, first serve." 80+ minutes of driving I-5 on a Friday, almost a 1/4 tank of gas, and a ton of aggravation is the only deal I got from these self-proclaimed "CarPros". "CarPro?" More like "CarNo"...0/10, will not look at any CarPro shop again. PS...Not salesman's fault, it was management that made that decision. Jordan, if you read this, run away and go work somewhere else, you're working for fools. More

My vehicle went for a transmission diagnostic service here on March 21, 2023. On the day it went for service, I was called back and told that the clutch plates needed to be replaced under warranty, and i here on March 21, 2023. On the day it went for service, I was called back and told that the clutch plates needed to be replaced under warranty, and it would be completed by the middle to end of the following week. It is now April 6 and I have not heard back from the dealership. I have tried calling the service department, but nobody has answered me; the corporate office apparently emailed the service manager for them to call me back last week but I have heard nothing. I emailed the corporate office on Sunday night and have not received help from them either. I just emailed the general manager, but am not expecting anything different. Planning to take this concern to the Attorney General's office tomorrow. It is completely unacceptable for them to keep my vehicle for almost three weeks with no updates. More
On a Tuesday I called about a specific vehicle and a new salesman told me the car I wanted to see wasn’t available until Friday due to needing to be cleaned. We scheduled a test drive for Friday and on Wedn salesman told me the car I wanted to see wasn’t available until Friday due to needing to be cleaned. We scheduled a test drive for Friday and on Wednesday I noticed the car wasn’t listed on their website anymore. I called for more info and was told that it was shown to a perspective buyer on Tuesday evening and sold. Had we known we could see it on Tuesday we would have scheduled a test drive. I asked them to cancel my test drive for Friday. They tried to get me to come see a similar vehicle but with twice the mileage, a bit newer and 3k more. I was not interested and expressed the budget I was working with and criteria. The salesman said I wouldn’t be able to find what I was l was looking for in the price range. I said the previous vehicle that they sold fulfilled the criteria so I knew it was possible. After that I kindly said I wasn’t interested and we finished the call. I’m sure they are a good dealer, I just encountered two salesmen that weren’t as knowledgeable. More
These guys are horrible! I purchased a car from them at an agreed to price, then it took several hours to "complete all the paperwork". The finance guy was rude once he knew I purchased a car from them at an agreed to price, then it took several hours to "complete all the paperwork". The finance guy was rude once he knew I would not purchase any of the options for extended coverage. I asked that the plates be mailed to me, they forgot, so had to call and ask again, also that they email me an extension for my back window. They forgot that as well. Now sitting at home because I cannot drive the car due to an expired plate info on my back window. What a complete joke! Stay away!!! More
I received a tire pressure low notification on my vehicle and stopped by the dealership on my way home. It was 4;10pm and I was told that there were no techs on-site that they had all gone home for the day a and stopped by the dealership on my way home. It was 4;10pm and I was told that there were no techs on-site that they had all gone home for the day and to go to a tire store. I said all I needed was some air in my tires to get home to my kids and asked if anyone there could just put some air in my tires u til I figured out what was wrong. I was also told there was a two month waitlist for any service. I have a brand new Hyundai and was surprised by this customer service. They told me to head next door to the les Schwab behind the dealership. I drove around the block and les Schwab staff said they could immediately help and for free. As I proceeded to their service drive, I noticed through the chain length fence that the Hyundai dealership had all their bay doors open and techs working on multiple vehicles. This dealership is not trustworthy. At the end of the day trust is what you rely on when someone services your vehicle and you are driving kids in your car. I will never take my vehicle here for service again. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. The service department is the worst I have ever seen. My daughters car got broken into and her window was broken along with her ignition. Took them o The service department is the worst I have ever seen. My daughters car got broken into and her window was broken along with her ignition. Took them over two months to repair and when my daughter finally got the car back it was full of black mold. They apparently left the car exposed to the rain and snow for over 2 months. The service manager was rude and defensive. All he would offer to do was to detail the car which he charged to my insurance company. Black mold doesn’t disappear with a simple cleaning. I’m sure it’s in the carpet, vents and crevices. Her car is now a health hazard and the dealership doesn’t want to help make it right. More
