Well, where do I start…? ?? This is the second time in two years that I’ve purchased a vehicle from Mr. Lonnie Rush at this exact establishment. After paying an exuberant am ?? This is the second time in two years that I’ve purchased a vehicle from Mr. Lonnie Rush at this exact establishment. After paying an exuberant amount of money on Uber daily for my child to get back and forth from school and work, I decided to come back to the dealership where I received top notch service previously. Lonnie was able to help me find a vehicle that was comparable, feasible, and suitable for my budget. Needless to say, he was patient and assisted me as needed. I felt at ease as I was able to purchase a vehicle without the hassle and stress of a greedy car salesmen. I would also like to applaud Mr. Guy, Manager, for his knowledge and flexibility working with me. Guy was also a breath of radiance and walked me through the process. This specific institute definitely gets five + stars. Thank you for putting me at ease and continuing to make me a happy customer!! More

I just received this generic response from Easterns Motors without them ever addressing my issue with them. I have bought 3 cars from them and this is my last visit. They could not resolve a $43 reimbu Motors without them ever addressing my issue with them. I have bought 3 cars from them and this is my last visit. They could not resolve a $43 reimbursement. I will not recommend any of my friends to your establishment. Customer service is important to us so please know your words have great value to us.
