I’ve brought my new vehicle in multiple times for the same unresolved issues: malfunctioning CarPlay, right rear speaker not working, and a leak in the right front strut. • 1st visit: Told the problems same unresolved issues: malfunctioning CarPlay, right rear speaker not working, and a leak in the right front strut. • 1st visit: Told the problems couldn’t be fixed. • 2nd visit: Car kept for a day, but no technician was available. • 3rd visit: Car kept for four days; only software was updated. I was told the speaker was fixed—it wasn’t. I agreed to leave the car an extra day for the strut, then was told the part wasn’t available. I’ve tried contacting the dealership multiple times for a manager, but no one has followed up. It’s been over a month with no resolution. More
