Lexus of Arlington has always been very easy to work with. Never a problem getting my car in for service and they always have a loaner available. I have worked with Lori on my last few visits. Each time she has gone above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. She has gone to bat for me in getting work covered by warranty and is great with her communications. On my last visit, it was raining outside and I did not want to get my clean car dirty when it was ready. Lori said no problem, I could just keep the loaner overnight and pick up my car the next morning. That is the kind of service that will keep me coming back. More
