The 5 star rating is mainly due to Lori Devega my service advisor. She really does give over the top individual service and makes me feel like the extra money I paid for Lexus brand is well worth it. I compared prices on tires, brakes and battery (which I previously would never do at the dealer when I owned Honda) and Lexus of Arlington was extremely competitive. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done and even Jason the porter ( I think that was his name) who picked up my car and delivered the loaner. He was given the wrong address but went through a lot of trouble to find me ! The whole experience was top notch and what I would expect from Lexus. More

I was sold a defected Jaguar F Pace. Battery is dead. Not sure, if i am always going to experience this problem in the future. Dealership told me this car passed all inspections and is i Battery is dead. Not sure, if i am always going to experience this problem in the future. Dealership told me this car passed all inspections and is in perfect conditions. Turns out, hours after purchase i had to send the car to be repair. Instead of enjoying my new purchase i now have to wait weeks to get this issue hopefully fixed. Requested to return this Jaguar back to the dealership. Dealership will not accept a return. I dont recommend doing business with Lexus of Arlington Heights. More
