I showed up just to get a wheel lock key to get a tire fixed. Lori got me hooked up with the key but then said why don’t we just look at the tire while I was there. A short time later she came to me saying the tire couldn’t be repaired and they were replacing it for free. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. More

As usual, walking into the pristine dealership is a joy! Everyone is courteous and helpful. There are large screen TVs and I appreciate the Wall Street journal on the table. My Service Consultant, Lori Devega has all the paperwork ready as we talk about the work my car needs. I’ve had my Lexus SUV since 2009 and I still Love it and it’s in great condition thanks to the Team at Lexus. Lori was kind enough to print out the extensive CarFax for me. We talked about what work was needed and also what would be done going forward. I was called when car was ready - Lori even asked if I needed a ride. I was so happy to see my washed car and to know that my car will see me thru a tough winter! I give Lori a 10+ she was so knowledgeable and kind. More

The service was professional but I have one concern, my car has a strang sound coming from my left front end. I was told it was because I needed new tires.
