I left my car at the center for one full week so they could install an after-market part. My sales rep scheduled a date and time for me to come pick up the car, but when I arrived, the work was simply no could install an after-market part. My sales rep scheduled a date and time for me to come pick up the car, but when I arrived, the work was simply not done. Moreover, I was the one who had to check and identify that the work was not completed -- the service center was completely unaware. They promised to install the part right away, within "45 minutes to an hour," yet an hour and a half later the work still was not done, and I was told it would be a few more hours. Ultimately they gave me a loaner to take home (I live an hour away) and delivered the car later in the afternoon, which was a fine resolution. But it's obvious that the garage does not communicate effectively with the front-of-office staff and struggles to keep track of its workload. Frustrating experience. More
