Lori Simpson and Andrew Alcott are THE BEST! I honestly dread going to get a new car every time and now that I know Lori and Andrew are there I will be excited the next time! As soon as I walke I honestly dread going to get a new car every time and now that I know Lori and Andrew are there I will be excited the next time! As soon as I walked in the door Lori was there to help. She has a very kind personality and although she is very knowledgeable , she does not force anything on you. She helped me all the way until the end when she brought Andrew in to seal the deal. Andrew truly helped us get the best option and guided us through it all. My husband really appreciated Andrew and felt like he had our genuine interest at heart! I live about 45 minutes from this dealership but anytime I need a car I will always choose Elkins Chevrolet! Thank you so much! I absolutely love my new car!! More

Went there to purchase a car. Lori made it very easy. Only thing they could have done to make it better was throw in a 1 ton pickup at no charge.
