We were loyal customers of Lori Simpson's for many many years and drifted away from the Chevy product during our "mini van" years. Now the kids are all grown up as this purchase was my oldest son, 21, buy years and drifted away from the Chevy product during our "mini van" years. Lori, Adam and Bob were a pleasure to deal with and all are a testament to why we came back to Elkins for another vehicle. From the time we walked into the dealership until the time we drove off the lot, w are a testament to why we came back to Elkins for another vehicle. From the time we walked into the dealership until the time we drove off the lot, we never felt pressured. This is the second vehicle that Lori has sold to us and she made the car buying experience stress free. After a bit of negotiation, Adam was able to get to a price point we were comfortable with and we appreciate his willingness to work with our budget. Bob did a great job filling in for the financial manager and made us laugh as we signed paperwork. Elkins is highly recommended and we will be back! More

I’m not understanding how after buying a used car within I’m not understanding how after buying a used car within 30 miles a check engine light comes on and they’re going to tell me that nobody in their sh I’m not understanding how after buying a used car within 30 miles a check engine light comes on and they’re going to tell me that nobody in their shop turn the light off, that’s one mighty big coincidence. So now after not getting my tags for over 3 weeks I had the check check engine light fixed and it failed inspection, so now the temporary tags are up, I have a failed inspection sticker on the car and I can’t drive the car, So I guess I was sold a $28000 clunker More
