Not only was the personnel at Elkins extremely helpful and never made you feel that you were being pressured, they took the time to understand exactly what you were looking for in a car and the amount you were willing to consider spending, to get into a new vehicle. After the test drive, the Equinox became the obvious car of choice and with the help of Lori Simpson and Bob Borman we were able to come to an easy decision. The car fit our every need at the price we wanted to consider. Thanks to both for all their help. But the man of the hour for my wife and I was Michael Fofana, who definitely earned the title of Certified Technical Expert. Not only does he know his stuff, he made sure my wife and I understood all the features that the Equinox had and how to use them. He spent considerable time with us and when he was done, gave us his contact numbers should we need additional help. Elkins Chevrolet clearly demonstrated what customer care is all about, and my wife and I were extremely happy that we chose such a great dealership. More
