My name is Thiago and I've been an imperial Toyota customer since May of this year. On September 5th I went to the store to change the oil of my accord and they did an excellent service. I can't say enough good things about Bob Bailargeon and his team at Imperial Toyota. I needed to assist my father with the purchase of a car for the winter since he will not be returning to Florida due to his team at Imperial Toyota. I needed to assist my father with the purchase of a car for the winter since he will not be returning to Florida due to the pandemic. From the initial internet contact through the purchase they were all true professionals. Jose Tang was our salesman and he was very responsive to our COVID concerns and knowledgeable about the cars.
