I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Imperial Toyota. Although I was well attended by Lorrayne and Laís, and I appreciate their service, there are important is my recent experience at Imperial Toyota. Although I was well attended by Lorrayne and Laís, and I appreciate their service, there are important issues that need to be addressed. First, the discounts advertised on the website were not clearly explained. I was not informed that the advertised discount only applies if the trade-in vehicle has less than 100,000 miles, and that otherwise the discount decreases by $1,000. I was also not properly informed that the $900 discount applied to the first three installments was not cumulative with the other offer. It does not make sense to advertise multiple discounts if customers can only choose one, and this lack of transparency is frustrating. Additionally, I was not offered any negotiation. I was told that the website price was final. Even so, I accepted all conditions because I liked the vehicle. However, what concerns me most is the delay in delivery. My contract was approved more than two weeks ago. I have signed all documents and submitted everything requested. Despite this, the vehicle has not been delivered yet. Now I am being told that the bank will call me again and that I must say that I already have the vehicle in order for the funds to be released. This is extremely concerning, since I do not have the vehicle in my possession. I have also been informed multiple times that the vehicle was arriving, but so far nothing has happened. When I call, I feel that I am not receiving clear and transparent information. If I had known the process would be this slow and complicated, I would have considered purchasing from another dealership. My name is Thiago and I've been an imperial Toyota customer since May of this year. On September 5th I went to the store to change the oil of my accord and they did an excellent service. I brought my car in for a oil change..They greeted me at the door..He said hello and held the door opened for me...Once inside, the service advisor Kevin DeFrancesco was also very courteous and friendly...H the door..He said hello and held the door opened for me...Once inside, the service advisor Kevin DeFrancesco was also very courteous and friendly...He asked me what I needed done and also had some nice suggestions for me about maintaining the vehicle.. I can't say enough good things about Bob Bailargeon and his team at Imperial Toyota. I needed to assist my father with the purchase of a car for the winter since he will not be returning to Florida due to his team at Imperial Toyota. I needed to assist my father with the purchase of a car for the winter since he will not be returning to Florida due to the pandemic. From the initial internet contact through the purchase they were all true professionals. Jose Tang was our salesman and he was very responsive to our COVID concerns and knowledgeable about the cars.
