Overall we had a good experience but some room for improvement. The staff were very friendly and shared our excitement with the car. They buffed out a couple minor scratches in the new car. However we came there with the expectation that it would have all weather mats but they ended up not having the right ones in stock so we got it new without any mats. They installed the wrong ones and we had to point that out. A week later we still dont have mats. Also the dealer forgot to get our check for down payment and I had to spend an extra $20 to wire them the money and didnt even acknowledge my email back asking for some sort of compensation i offered and sending a check in the mail wasn't good enough. The initial person we engaged with earlier in the day ghosted us, didn't hand off to the sales person properly. More

Good as they treated us a customer and not just a number when purchasing a used car. However, there was some miscommunication, internally, and Financing took a long time and eventually seemed rushed.
