Didn't feel we were told how the ordering process worked, and that we would not get the car we wanted. Chad basically told us to accept the car or not. He would not have any problems selling it. We had to make two appointments to pick up the car, and when we asked if we both had to be there for both our names to be on the title, we were told no. But then when we did pick up the car, found out that was not true. Both were required. Overall we had a good experience but some room for improvement. The staff were very friendly and shared our excitement with the car. They buffed out a couple minor scratches in the new car. However we came there with the expectation that it would have all weather mats but they ended up not having the right ones in stock so we got it new without any mats. They installed the wrong ones and we had to point that out. A week later we still dont have mats. Also the dealer forgot to get our check for down payment and I had to spend an extra $20 to wire them the money and didnt even acknowledge my email back asking for some sort of compensation i offered and sending a check in the mail wasn't good enough. The initial person we engaged with earlier in the day ghosted us, didn't hand off to the sales person properly. More
