In fact, we recently had an interaction with Capistrano Nissan that was so horrific that after this service I told my wife we will never have another Nissan! Every step of the way, Capistrano Mazda has it down to a science. Even the billing process is simple as we received texts with updates and when the vehicle was ready a link was set to pay the bill on-line so there was no waiting period to pick the car up. Just walk in and get the keys. LOVED our experience! More
