Our sales representativ This was our first experience with Smithtown Toyota and it was the best and easiest dealership we have worked with to date. Our sales representative, Louis Bilous, was excellent and in our opinion is a valuable asset to Toyota. We think of going to a car dealership similar to going to a dentist, however, this was painless! Lou was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened and responded to our requests and needs. As a result, we purchased our new car knowing we received a good price and confident that we will receive superior service from Smithtown Toyota. A word of praise for John Ferranola, Finance Director. John finalized our purchase with ease and professionalism. He was courteous and expedient. Best of all - we owned our new car within 15 minutes! Kudos to you John, Lou, and to Smithtown Toyota for your great customer service! Harold & Eileen More

Lou was great to work with. He got us taken care of quickly and without hassle. Not your typical pushy salesman (which I loved). I would definitely deal with him again.
