I was greeted and remembered by Lou Bilous, the same salesperson who worked with me in 2012, and treated with utmost tact, respect, and professionalism by everyone from the woman I spoke to on the phone to make an appointment, to the financial manager who set the terms of my new lease. I felt no pressure from anyone at any time, and was taken seriously in my individual needs. They were also kind, courteous, and professional with my wife and son, when I returned to test-drive and make sure they were comfortable in the car I chose.
