He was patient and answered many questions, showing us several different vehicles and explaining the various features of each one. We finally decided on the Rav4 and he went through the different options of buying/leasing and the various promotions Toyota was offering. When we took delivery of the new vehicle he took his time to explain many features and help us set up certain things, like our Bluetooth.
