Michael was and always is awesome! He listens and responds appropriately. He follows up and he's always honest about what he can and can't do. I wish all dealerships had a Michael. I don't have responds appropriately. He follows up and he's always honest about what he can and can't do. I wish all dealerships had a Michael. I don't have any compliments for the supporting cast in any department. I can specifically say, I worked with 3 others in different capacities and in different departments and not a one ever returned a call after multiple messages. I would most definitely moved on to another dealership if not for Michael. Luckily, for the dealership, he routinely calls and follows up with the smallest of detail to update the customer. I wish I could give him 10 stars. More
