I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY A LITTLE AFTER 3, I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BU I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BUT IT REQUIRED A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK, THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THAT WAS A 5 STAR EFFORT. ON MY APPOINT THAT I SCHEDULED ON LINE WITH TIM, I WAS IN AND OUT IN <20 MINUTES A NEW RECORD FOR ME I'VE OWN A MIN VAN AS ONE OF MY CARS SINCE 1984 A T&C AND STILL DO 2019 PACIFICA AN WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE AFTER I PAY THIS ONE OFF AT 0% INTEREST SWEET!!!!
