Hoffman went above and beyond expectations...AGAIN! I've written reviews of Hoffman's sales and service teams before, but I was recently in for service and I wanted to take the opportunity to again comm I've written reviews of Hoffman's sales and service teams before, but I was recently in for service and I wanted to take the opportunity to again commend the team. Ethan, Lou and the service technicians do an AMAZING job! They are incredibly friendly and hard working. Getting a loaner car was a breeze. The work was done quickly and to an incredibly high standard. They even performed some electronic updates on my GT4 that I wasn't sure were possible! Can not recommend them highly enough! I also spent 30 min talking with Ed about some cars that may be coming out in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful More

Lou Haddad supervised the repair of my Macan S in record time with no inconvenience to me and arranged a rental car because they were so busy no loane Lou Haddad supervised the repair of my Macan S in record time with no inconvenience to me and arranged a rental car because they were so busy no loaners were available. He had the necessary part overnighted and I was back in my Macan S in no time. Many thanks to Lou, Ethan and the entire service department. Making a tough situation better Had a real bad day with my Porsche so I dropped it off unannounced and they took care of the rest. Lou was a pro. My 911 was having a clutch sensor issue during a PCA autocross event near by and Lou got me in and fixed the problem between run groups so I could return and finish the event. More
