Excellent Experience I had a problem with my 911, called for service and was connected to Lou Haddad. The car needed to be towed and Lou kept me posted on the status of th I had a problem with my 911, called for service and was connected to Lou Haddad. The car needed to be towed and Lou kept me posted on the status of the car from arrival to completion. The repair was covered under the extended warranty I purchased through Hoffman, and Lou assured me there would be no issues processing this claim, and there weren't - everything went perfectly. Overall, from the first moment I spoke with Lou to when I picked up the car, the service was simply excellent. More

Very poor communication The back end manager Drew white wouldn't respond to my emails or phone call to cancel the tire and wheel package which was added during the purchase. The back end manager Drew white wouldn't respond to my emails or phone call to cancel the tire and wheel package which was added during the purchase. Finally I had to drive 100 miles to visit that person in his office unannounced to cancel those packages. I will neither buy my next car from this Porsche dealer nor recommend to anyone. More
