Porsche Macan delivered dirty after service & auto body! I have used this service ctr many times and the auto body. They say they will clean it up and detail it, it never has once been given back to me in I have used this service ctr many times and the auto body. They say they will clean it up and detail it, it never has once been given back to me in a clean condition. I have had AUDI & BMW service at other service ctrs and my car has come back AWESOME! For the money we pay we should receive our car back in clean, detailed condition. I'm disgusted by this. More

Added radar/laser detector to my Audi RS7. Perfect set up and great service. Ethan Gombossy set everything up in advance including telling me to wait until the newest detector was released. Outstanding Service The service I receive at Hoffman Porsche every time I come in, which does not have to be often, is the best I have ever experienced in over five decad The service I receive at Hoffman Porsche every time I come in, which does not have to be often, is the best I have ever experienced in over five decades of driving and having my cars serviced at both dealer and independent shops. Ethan Gombossy is essential to that quality result. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and flexible to meet my schedule and availability demands. I can be dropped off or picked up at my home or office or given a loaner car (Porsche, of course), as best suits my needs. On one occasion, Hoffman picked up the tab for a repair that "should not have happened" to my Porsche. On another occasion, Hoffman picked up the tab for a problem that I foolishly created myself (tried to start my car with my Toyota key). The Hoffman people take true ownership of their cars and reputation to ensure not just happy customers, but enthusiastically happy customers. You'd better believe I will buy another car from Hoffman. Can't leave this review without commending Lou Haddad for his superior service. The more limited experience I have had with Lou has been as good as any. He and Ethan are both high value assets and credits to their company. All of this followed a similar, super buying experience with Ric Nanni in the sales dept. More
