Annoying vibration in my 1 week old new Panamera I drove up from Florida in my new Panamera and had an annoying noise vibration. They gave me a loaner car since they didn't know initially what or how extensive the solution would be. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the repair and the outstanding customer service.I would highly recommend them for Porsche services. More

I would expect nothing less From the first time that I brought my 911 to Hoffman Porsche (did not purchase there,5years ago), for service, I have been given the same service as From the first time that I brought my 911 to Hoffman Porsche (did not purchase there,5years ago), for service, I have been given the same service as if I had purchased the C4 at Hoffman. I don't know how easy it is for Lou and Ethan to suggest every service possible....however they do. BUT, Ethan and Lou go beyond that. They explain what is necessary and give you the option to do the extra stuff. If you think your Indi mechanic is better and less expensive... My experience with Ethan and Lou says otherwise. Thanks Hoffman for making Ethan and Lou a part of the Hoffman team ! More
