Great experience with 2015 Boxster Service Lou was a great help assisting me with coordination of a windshield replacement while my car was in for routine maintenance. When the windshield inst Lou was a great help assisting me with coordination of a windshield replacement while my car was in for routine maintenance. When the windshield installer slightly damaged the clear film on the fender, Lou went above the call of duty to schedule replacement of the film and return the car to me in perfect condition. More

Lou was extremely flexible for the appointment time, had the loner ready (even backed in so it was ready for the road), called with progress reports on the service, adapted to my schedule for pick-up, and whisked me through the pick-up process.
