Lou was really awesome! He kept it contact with me and updated me whenever he found a car I might like. I had been searching for the perfect car for a long time and he made it so easy to find! I purchased a 2018 pre-certified Outback at Ganley East. Lou Kozmerl was my salesman. He was very thorough, totally responsive to my needs and took lots of time to explain all the features---more than onc Lou Kozmerl was my salesman. He was very thorough, totally responsive to my needs and took lots of time to explain all the features---more than once! In fact, everyone at the dealership took to time to see if I was being helped, needed anything, etc. Jim Gentile, the Finance manager, was great! He was very informative as this was my first Subaru purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I recently purchased a Lincoln MKS from Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. Lou was a pleasure to work with and Dario was great in coming over to help i Wickliffe and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership.
