Traveled from Pittsburgh, PA to pick up a used forester. Lou Kosmeri was one of the nicest and most helpful salmon I've ever dealt with. My experience at Ganley Subaru East with Lou was an efficient and enjoyable experience. From the initial interaction up until I drove off the lot with my Subaru Forester, Lou was friendly and answered all of my questions. Lou and Gino were wonderfully kind, responsive and efficient. They worked very hard to make me feel comfortable while searching for the right vehicle and once I'd made my decision, they made the proce efficient.
