Top notch experience We were looking for a specific model and trim that was hard to find (Elantra GT Sport 6MT). Jessica Dean was helpful at sourcing and notified us of th We were looking for a specific model and trim that was hard to find (Elantra GT Sport 6MT). Jessica Dean was helpful at sourcing and notified us of their inventory prior to visiting the dealer per my request. Once confirmed, she scheduled us for an appointment and introduced us to our sales rep upon arrival. Our sales rep Lou was down to earth guy and great to deal with, he gave us a good tour of the car, a long test drive and overall made things easy. Both Lou and Vince honored the advertised incentives and although we had our own private financing, we were still treated like a valued customers. Rob from financing was also able to meet our budget for an extended warranty (from an already excellent one!). The only negative is they don't accept a credit card down payment over 2k without getting charged extra fee's. Our plan was to put 5k down on a single card (take advantage of reward points) but had to use a debit for the balance. Had I known this would be an issue, we would of just brought cash to make things easier. Other than that, AMAZING experience, Colonial has a large inventory and their is staff is some of the best in the industry. PS. We went out of our way to shop here, over 2 hours away in New Jersey! Although out of the way, will definitely consider them in the future again. More
