Goint the Extra Mile My son and I recently purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid from Colonial. The challenge was that Hyundai does not yet sell this model in Penn My son and I recently purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid from Colonial. The challenge was that Hyundai does not yet sell this model in Pennsylvania and my son needed the car quickly to start a co-op job in the Pittsburgh area. Lou Ziegler and the Colonial management team worked hard to find a vehicle in the color that my son wanted - and to get it to the dealership by December 31. Lou was a straight-shooter and easy to deal with. He kept us updated regularly during the process. More
