Customer Service As It Was Meant to Be I recently purchased a new 2016 7 series from the dealership and I have to say from start to finish the service was exceptional. My salesman, Peter Wo I recently purchased a new 2016 7 series from the dealership and I have to say from start to finish the service was exceptional. My salesman, Peter Wohl, was responsive to my needs, patiently guiding me through the purchase process including selecting the options that were right for me (helped by the handy web tool--build your own---that BMW provides). He also came up with a price that offered exceptional value for the money. Then, on delivery, Louis Cortes, a lead "Genius" led me through how all the new features worked. Recognizing there was a lot to learn (including the very cool autonomous steering feature, self parking and hand gestures), he even arranged for a follow-up "Encore" appointment where he came out to my garage in Manhattan, after about a month of use, and cleared up the remaining questions I had. He also gave me his email for any future questions. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience! More

We were comparing a number of different manufacturers including Audi, Lexus and Mercedes. Our experience with the salespeople at those three locations was about the same with Audi by far the worst, followed up the ladder by Lexus and Mercedes. . However, it was Mike Kelly at BMW who was completely different. There was no hard or any other kind of sell. Instead he was low key and straightforward. Gave his views on what options were desirable or not for what we described. He was a pleasure to work with. Today, when I picked up the car, Louis Cortes was the "BMW Genius" who took me thorugh all the features. I am something of an idiot when it comes to technology and Louis was organized, clear and patient. He clearly wanted me to understand and enjoy the car. I could not have asked for a better teacher. A superlative, intelligent dealership I purchased a 2014 340ix from BMW of Manhattan. Geoffry Daou was a consummate professional - congenial, accessible, and accommodating. I wasn't sure a I purchased a 2014 340ix from BMW of Manhattan. Geoffry Daou was a consummate professional - congenial, accessible, and accommodating. I wasn't sure about the model I wanted, but after a detailed conversation about my past vehicles and current needs, he helped me narrow my choices very quickly. Louis Cortes also pitched in with some technical data. Mr. Daou located my dream vehicle at another BMW dealership and had it delivered and prepped for sale within a few days. Note well that this occurred at the height of the holiday season, between Christmas and New Years. Putting the deal together required his time and persistent concentration. Very impressive! Kamila Rassbeharry was the BMW Genius assigned to teach us the ropes. My wife is very low tech, but Kamila remained patient and caring at all times. She is a jewel and credit to the dealership! More

A Fantastic Experience Not sure how dealers are assigned to customers, but was so glad Brandon ended up being my dealer. As a woman walking into a luxury vehicle showroom, Not sure how dealers are assigned to customers, but was so glad Brandon ended up being my dealer. As a woman walking into a luxury vehicle showroom, you are not always taken seriously. That was certainly not the case here. I came in having done my homework across multiple vehicle brands and it was remarkable to see the difference in service I got depending on the showroom. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all decisions I needed to make regarding the vehicle. I originally went in thinking I would look at the X3. I appreciated that he simply offered the answers to questions allowing me to make choices and finding answers/solutions along the way versus trying to sway me in a particular direction. The true testament to Brandon, however, may be the friend who joined me for the second visit when I made the purchase. My friend is a longtime BMW fan/loyalist. He's taken European delivery of at least one vehicle, currently drives an X3 and is on maybe his 4th or 5th BMW motorcycle as well. That friend has purchased his past vehicles at this same dealership. But after joining Brandon and me for the test drive and also being there for all the final decision making, he has decided that he will call Brandon the next time over his usual dealer. It was also very fortunate for me that the first person I met upon entering the showroom was Genius Emile Goldman. Turns out he is an avid cyclist--as am I. My cycling (mountain biking in particular) was what drove me to get a car. Emile understood exactly my needs in terms of getting a variety of bikes in a car, sizes, capacity, etc. Louis Cortes did my Genius session before I drove away with my new car and he was fantastic! As a new car owner and general gear geek, he was incredibly patient and thoughtful about every detailed question I had. All in all it was an amazing experience. Sooooo much better than the other showrooms I visited in the same area. Granted I was most leaning towards a BMW, but that everyone took me seriously from the moment I stepped in the front door was really what helped push this through. I am the thrilled new driver of the stunning new 2016 X1 as a result! More
