I found my buying experience at John Paul’s to be one of the best. The sales staff were upfront about all details from rebates and discounts and how they valued my trade-in. (Most dealers just give you an o the best. The sales staff were upfront about all details from rebates and discounts and how they valued my trade-in. (Most dealers just give you an offer). The finance department did a great job getting my payments where I needed to be. They were also upfront on the extra services they offer with no pressure to get you to purchase extended warranty, special paint coatings, extra insurance…. Just laid it out and explained what each item offers. You either want or you don’t, no pressure to get you to buy something more. My salesperson, Stephanie Rouleau is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles she sells, and friendly too. I found her assistance of getting me familiar with all the functions of my new Sierra pick-up invaluable. I highly recommend her to help anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Even if you have questions after you leave the lot, she is very quick to get back to you and help in anyway she can. Overall buying experience at John Paul’s is excellent! I highly recommend. More
