I had the worst experience ever at this Audi Coral Springs and have been a customer since 2015 when I purchased my Audi there. My service technician Rodrigo who actually cared about customers and doin Springs and have been a customer since 2015 when I purchased my Audi there. My service technician Rodrigo who actually cared about customers and doing the right thing left for a better opportunity and now there are only people who make excuses, try to scare you and really don’t care about helping you fix your car. Also they no longer have loaners and when you make an appointment tell you that there is still gonna be a week and a half of your car just sitting there without being looked at before someone can actually look at it. They act like it’s normal to just take your car away for a week and a half just for it to sit in there shop without being worked on. On top of this they charge $300 per hour just to figure out the issue and can’t give any guidance about what could be the problem with your car. I feel like I am not getting all of the correct information and it’s makes me very frustrated to the point of crying. They also can’t read the warranty contract because they are not lawyers. After this experience I realized that this Audi service center can not be trusted. I made an appointment with another Audi dealership which is happy to provide me with a loaner. They used to provide great service but not anymore. I will never go back there again!!!! The funny thing is that these service people still have to be there to collect a paycheck whether or not they choose to treat people with kindness and actually want to help. Whether I'm a customer or not they still show up to work. Now they lost a loyal customer and money for the service department. I hope Audi Coral Springs is happy. If anyone is being mistreated at Audi Coral Springs like I was don’t be afraid to call other Audi dealerships because I’m sure you will receive better service elsewhere. If you have to drive further to get to the dealership at least you won’t be without a car for an unreasonable reason and amount of time. You don’t deserve to be treated this way!! I went to Audi of West Palm Beach and was treated with respect, care and kindness. They gave me a loaner and fired my issue with out making me feel scared that I would be out an unreasonable amount of money. I am never stepping foot at Audi Coral Springs again!!!! More

I have 2 Audis and have bought cars from this dealership before. One of them (2021 eTron, 16K miles, under warranty) broke down in the middle of the road. I was towed to Audi Coral Springs by Audi RoadSide before. One of them (2021 eTron, 16K miles, under warranty) broke down in the middle of the road. I was towed to Audi Coral Springs by Audi RoadSide Assistance. The service department was closed when I arrived. Then, on Monday, they called me and said it would take them 7-10 days to just diagnose eTron and that they did not have loaners they could provide me. My car had to be towed again, this time to Audi West Palm Beach, where they had loaners. I am not buying from or servicing in Audi Coral Springs ever again. At other times I was there the communication was poor at best. Once I they made me go there to pick up my car and when I arrived it had an error message, Ubers back and forth, for nothing. Quality control was just underwhelming. Adviser at time was Giancarlo Lopez. I just canceled an Audi Q7 2023 I was going to buy from them and I am just done with them. Oh, and the service managers were always incredibly pushy for us to give them high ratings in their review for whatever Audi or internal review system they have. The dealership is just a broken model or poor service, reflects very poorly on what should be a luxury brand. More
