I have 2 Audis and have bought cars from this dealership
before. One of them (2021 eTron, 16K miles, under warranty) broke down in the middle of the road. I was towed to Audi Coral Springs by Audi RoadSide
before. One of them (2021 eTron, 16K miles, under warranty) broke down in the middle of the road. I was towed to Audi Coral Springs by Audi RoadSide Assistance. The service department was closed when I arrived. Then, on Monday, they called me and said it would take them 7-10 days to just diagnose eTron and that they did not have loaners they could provide me. My car had to be towed again, this time to Audi West Palm Beach, where they had loaners. I am not buying from or servicing in Audi Coral Springs ever again.
At other times I was there the communication was poor at best. Once I they made me go there to pick up my car and when I arrived it had an error message, Ubers back and forth, for nothing. Quality control was just underwhelming. Adviser at time was Giancarlo Lopez. I just canceled an Audi Q7 2023 I was going to buy from them and I am just done with them.
Oh, and the service managers were always incredibly pushy for us to give them high ratings in their review for whatever Audi or internal review system they have.
The dealership is just a broken model or poor service, reflects very poorly on what should be a luxury brand.

We understand your frustration, having a vehicle breakdown is never easy. Unfortunately, there are times when a vehicle is towed into a repair facility, and the vehicle may not be looked at and diagnosed immediately, or as quickly as a client would like. This happens when other clients have already brought in their vehicle or have an appointment for the same day your vehicle may be towed in. Due to capacity, it is always best to give clients a realistic timeframe when we anticipate getting your vehicle into the shop and diagnosed. The same is true when a client comes in unexpectedly, dealerships may not always have a Courtesy Vehicle available, but we do our best to manage each situation with as much urgency as possible and with the resources we have available. It seems in this case we were not able to meet your expectations despite our best efforts. We look forward to being able to assist you in the future should you require our services.

This response is shameful and complete checking the box, almost automated nonsense. They told me:
1) That the dealership did not have many loaners and that the management policy was to not provide loaners to people who had not purchase their Audi there.
So they are not Audi, in essence they do not care about representing the Audi brand but only about the cars they sell because they do not have enough resources.
And it also does not count that I have bought other Audis from them and serviced with them many times before.
2) That they were backed up and would not be able to take a look to diagnose my car for 7-10 days. Again, in essence, that they do not have enough capacity to provide service. This is very different from “it was a busy day, but we will be able to look at it tomorrow” or something similar.
Worst dealer ever. And I says this after owning several Audis for several years.
Luana my service advisor was great!
Contacted me with an update and when ready. In and out was quick and pleasant. No pushy service selling. Just great.

Our car wash was down for repairs, and we are not permitted to wash cars outside of the car wash tunnel due to environmental concerns. We have recently contracted with a local car wash that will provide courtesy car washes to our clients in the event our car wash is out of service in the future.
