My service adviser was extremely kind and made sure I didn’t over pay which was a nice relief compared to other dealerships. Everyone there made sure that I was comfortable as I waited. What I love is that Audi of Coral Springs uses Ride share app to get you back to work and sends a ride when you need to pick up your vehicle. It makes the experience seem less and easy. More

I'm disappointed in this car brand. I need to start the car engine twice for the car to start. It can never detect the key at all, This is super frustrating because this is a BRAND NEW I need to start the car engine twice for the car to start. It can never detect the key at all, This is super frustrating because this is a BRAND NEW CAR. I took it to service and they did NOT fix my problems. The sensors of the cars don't work properly, it wasn't able to detect nearby cars (the light doesn't work at all) It's off and on and some times super slow to warn me. If I realized this issue not sooner, I would have been in a car accident. This is a safety hazard. The car is not able to sense my keys at all and I have only driven it 738 miles. I pay so much for a car but I got a car that is low in quality and is a safety hazard for me and other drivers. More
