I was going up north, they were booked up needed it done the next day , so they squeezed me in also did an inspection of everything even changed my air filters I watched so I could do myself next time the o the next day , so they squeezed me in also did an inspection of everything even changed my air filters I watched so I could do myself next time the one on the top no problem but the other was behind the glove box which I now know how to change it out many thanks to the service Dept More

My visit was for routine maintenance on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i notic Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i noticed that they'd vacuumed the interior--nice touch! My service report was concise, and one item that will require attention in the future was brought to my attention. I used an online Service Special Coupon, so the final cost of the service was very competitive. It was a good experience and I'll be back! RayB More
