My visit was for routine maintenance on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i notic Impala LTZ Limited (only 43,000 miles). The guys at the service desk ere both friendly and professional. The car was ready on time, and i noticed that they'd vacuumed the interior--nice touch! My service report was concise, and one item that will require attention in the future was brought to my attention. I used an online Service Special Coupon, so the final cost of the service was very competitive. It was a good experience and I'll be back! RayB More

The Service Department has always been the best part of this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder wha this dealership. There have been several excellent Service Advisors, but they don't seem to last very long. The constant turnover makes me wonder what the problem is. Lucas England does an outstanding job, in spite of the fact that he seems to be the only Advisor left. I think he deserves a healthy raise. More

I waited 30 minutes to be helped because the system was down. They kept my car for 3 days to discover there was no problem but it’s still doing the same thing. Scheduled appointment for 5 days out. Upon getting there I was told that a part may have to be ordered, they were sure. I returned 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle and it still wasn’t Upon getting there I was told that a part may have to be ordered, they were sure. I returned 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle and it still wasn’t done. The only thing performed was an oil change. They told me they would order the part, and call me when it arrives. I still haven’t been called. Why didn’t they just order the part when I scheduled my appointment?! More
