Ready to have the best car buying experience of your life? We were in a rush. We had just had a baby and my car blew an engine two weeks beforehand. Luci was wonderful. She was attentive and direct as well We were in a rush. We had just had a baby and my car blew an engine two weeks beforehand. Luci was wonderful. She was attentive and direct as well as easy going. She wasn't the least bit pushy. I had asked her to verify some things about safety features and she had no problem doing so over the phone (I drove about 94 miles to Germain.) When I arrived things were prepared and exactly as Luci and I discussed. We went on a short test drive to see the features and purchased the car all in the span of 3-4 hrs. Due to my haste and some heavy traffic, 1 of the safety features wasn't working correctly, and I discovered this on my drive home. I phoned Luci the next day and informed her of my discovery and she said to bring it in. I brought it to them in the middle of the next week and they had a tech look at the car and confirmed it wasn't functioning. I had already purchased the car so they could have told me to pound salt, but instead, they offered to have a different tech look at the car at a later date and assured me that this would be handled in the most painless way possible. Up to and including them guaranteeing my satisfaction. I brought the car back and received an extremely affordable rental :-D of an '18 Highlander XLE. I just received the call that the car is operational and ready to go all free of charge. I will be purchasing a used Highlander XLE later this year from Luci and the folks at Germain. Luci's manager was also a dream to work with but his name is escaping me. More
