Stellar Customer Service I have been a customer of Sunrise Chevrolet for years now, however; I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle. In 2012 I had purchased a 2013 Chev I have been a customer of Sunrise Chevrolet for years now, however; I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle. In 2012 I had purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu that I loved, but unfortunately; on 1/16/18 it was totaled. I went to Sunrise to obtain a copy of my prior contract for GAP insurance purposes, and started looking at some vehicles. Luciano (who had sold me one other vehicle in the past) approached me. In my frazzled state of mind his customer service was welcoming. He listened to me rant, empathized, then proceeded to assist me in purchasing a new vehicle. Don't let this man's mild manor full you, he is knowledgeable, very kind, pays attention to detail and explained the bells and whistles in my vehicle with great ease. Which assured me he had done his homework! Rick jumped in quickly to get me approved for my loan and worked arduously until we found an acceptable loan with affordable monthly payments. Between the two of them, they put me at ease, helped me get into a new car, and made the process of car buying simpler. I don't know about anyone else but going to a car dealer to shop is not always a pleasant experience, unless you are shopping at Sunrise Chevrolet where they treat you like family! They do me, that is why I am a repeat customer. Thank you Luciano and Rick. More

Luciano helped me, we went for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle, they weren’t willing to come to my offer so I left. A day or so later we all came to an agreement, I drove back to purchase the vehicle and everything went smooth, wasn’t there for hours as I had anticipated and everyone was nice. If I was to purchase again I would definitely go back to SunRise Chevrolet! More
